Podere Piccole Dolomiti
Lying at the foot of the Piccole Dolomiti mountain range, this farmhouse is strategically located in the heart of the Veneto region: from you can reach Venice in just 90 minutes by car and Verona in 60 minutes. It is also the ideal place for mountain lovers because of the wide selection of walks, hikes, mountain bike trails, ski slopes, and cross-country trails – everything you need for a vacation which focuses on wellbeing and fitness. The small town of Recoaro Terme, dedicated to tourism and famous for its natural spring water, has been appreciated by people such as the philosopher Friederich Nietzsche and Queen Margherita di Savoia. The farmhouse has been renovated in accordance with the principles of bio-architecture and Feng Shui. It is situated at 550 m ASL and surrounded by woodlands. The Fonte Giuliana, well known for the precious properties of its mineral water, is also nearby. The house: the rooms, all with wood floors, can have 2 or 4 beds. Meals are prepared using organic products.

Podere Felceto
Lying in the heart of the Chianti region, 2.5 km from Panzano, on the banks of the river Pesa, Podere Felceto is a large, 15th-century, stone cottage, typical of Tuscany. The estate includes 21 hectares of land used for organic agriculture. The house is surrounded by a large olive grove and vineyards, and the beautiful wood nearby is crossed by an ancient Roman road.
Ground floor
Before entering the house you cross a furnished pergola terrace; in the hall there is a fireplace, a telephone, and a number of armchairs. The large kitchen is equipped with gas cookers, electric oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Next to the kitchen there is a large room (38 sq. m) with dining table and armchairs, as well as a room for table tennis, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with shower.
First floor
A stone staircase leads to a reading room with hide-a-bed, followed by a large room (50 sq. m) with a fireplace and billiard table. The terrace has a splendid view of a hillside covered with olive trees. Two suites: double rooms with bathroom; one bathroom with shower, the other with bath, shower and bidet. Two rooms with single beds. Two bathrooms: one with shower, one with bath and shower. A quiet and relaxing reading room with hide-a-bed. The furniture, which includes typical Tuscan pieces, is pleasant, comfortable and well arranged, both inside and out, and there are many quiet places where you can relax in complete solitude. There is also an ecological swimming pool with salt water and, as mentioned above, a billiard room and a table tennis room to make your holidays even more pleasant.
