These yoga workshops are suitable for all levels of yoga experience but also a great introduction if you have not done any yoga before. We will build up the poses gradually from standing, sitting, twists to backbends and inversions. Everyone will work within their own capability with attentive instruction and correction. The aim is to distribute weight evenly over your muscles, bones and joints. Once both sides of your body become symmetrical undue stress is removed. These yoga poses affect and penetrate every single cell and tissue, leaving you feeling energized and calm. There will be a relaxation time at the end of the session for your body to absorb all the benefits of your hard work. You will be able to build up a strong foundation for your own practise.

One of the most beautiful and varied regions of Italy, Le Marche is situated between the Adriatic sea and the high Apennine mountains. Due to its central location Camerino is an ideal starting point for many different excursions.
